Extra Credit Project:
* Essay (max. 1500 words)
* Focus your essay on education... How does education help the individual grow? How does education help the communal (overall) well-being of a community or society? What type of role does poverty play? Hunger?
* Is there perhaps a link between education and poverty/hunger? If so, what is it? Can it be rectified (corrected)? If so, how?
* Please consider all of these questions when addressing the essay.
* Remember not to use "I", "you" or "we" in your paragraph. All history essays should be written from a third person view.
* Don't forget to cite if you research anything... Research would be a good idea.
* We will talk on and off about poverty and hunger throughout the rest of the year as we have been doing since August.
* This extra credit essay is due to me via email by April 25 - NO LATER!
